My goal is to provide the highest quality care for every horse under my supervision, while also providing informative feedback and recommendations to my owners. I have a hands on approach in the daily routine of the horses in my care. I try to make the best decisions for the horses' health and welfare while being aware of owners' expenses and keeping these expenses to a minimum.
Training
The following charges are paid directly to me as trainer
Day Rate: $85
Purse Earnings: 12% of purse earnings
Stall Rent: charge is equal to that charged by the facility
Blacksmith: charge is equal to that charged by blacksmith
Dentist: charge is equal to that charged by dentist
Feed Supplements: basic supplements are provided, special items are charged dependent on what each horse needs
The following charges are paid directly to the vendor

License Fees
Sales
- 5% commission on all horses purchased - in lieu of management fees 10% ownership - 5% commission when horses are sold for a profit over purchase price, under one million dollars - 10% commission when horses are sold for a profit over purchase price, over one million dollars - one annual breeding right for a stallion prospect
